2.3M To 2.75M Ceiling Height = Flush Mount Model.
2.75 & Over = Drop Rod Models.
approximate fan size required for a room with a standard 8`(2.4M)--8`6"(2.6M)ceiling are a 36"(91cm) fan, for a room up to 12`x12`,a 42"fan, for a room up to 14`x12`,a 52"fan,for a room up to 15`x15`.for conservatories we recommend 43"/52" models,for other rooms increase the size of fan relative to the room sizes above to compensate for warmer temperatures.a 12"(30cm) or18"(46cm) drop rod is usually required for high ceilings to lower the fans to their optimum height.flush mount fans require a conversion kit in addition to a drop rod (see drop rods/conversion kits).
